Summer Citrus Slush-Yummers!

I found this great recipe on Finding Joy In My Kitchen( she has a terrific recipe index, you should check it out, really), and adapted it to our liking, enjoy!

1 3/4 cans of Orange Juice Concentrate
1 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Real Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cups Sugar( I used raw sugar)
1/2 bottle of Club Soda
1 can of Squirt, Sprite, 7 up or Ginger Ale ( we used Squirt)

In a saucepan heat the water, then add the sugar to dissolve.  Once it's dissolved, add the rest of the ingredients, except the soda pop.  Freeze in a large ice cream container or a gallon sized jug with a lid.

When you are ready to serve, let it thaw in the container for about 30 minutes, then fill a glass 3/4 of the way full.  Add the soda of your choice and mix it into a slush.

Caution: This is a smack-you-in-the-face kinda taste, but really good. Let me know how you like it :)
