Do you ever feel helpless when your children are sick?

What a silly question! Of Course we do!  Well, I do every time my little ones are sick and I have no idea of what to do to help or relieve them.  So I started looking up sites that give a "Children's herbal remedy medicine cabinet" list of what people have on hand to treat their children at home.  I don't know about some of you, but every time in the last year that we have taken our children to the doctor, they basically told me what I already knew.  I feel like I should have a little more control over the health of my children, so I hope to invest some time and money into making some remedies to have in our medicine cabinet. Here is a pretty good site that I found that looks very informative. Do any of you have some remedies that you have on hand that have worked for your family?  Please do share in the comments and maybe we can get a good list going...
